In this workshop, you will learn how to use camera traps to photograph shy wild animals without causing any disturbance. We will focus intensively on technique, lighting and animal behavior – practical, well-founded and with plenty of room for your own experiments. Perfect for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of photography with camera traps.

From February 21 to March 2, 2027, we travel with Gaia Tales to Satpura—sandstone canyons, teak forests, the Denwa River. Ten days in a small group around Ingo Zahlheimer, in search of sloth bear, tiger, and leopard. Not a single image, but a portfolio.

From March 7-16, 2026, we explore the wild heart of India – Satpura. Sloth bears at dawn, tigers at sunset, leopards in the thicket. An exclusive photo tour through ancient forests, accompanied by experienced guides full of real wild moments.

In this special workshop, children and young people experience the world of wildlife in a completely new way. With camera and curiosity, we dive into the forest together, learn the basics of photography in a playful way and discover how exciting observing nature can be. Leopards between granite and gold – This extraordinary photo tour to India takes us deep into the heart of Rajasthan from February 25 to March 5, 2026, where on exclusive safaris we have the rare opportunity to photograph leopards in the wild. In the rugged rocky landscape of Bera, we experience wilderness, culture and nature photography away from the crowds – intense, authentic and moving.

From 6 to 15 November 2027, we travel to Bera in Rajasthan — one of the few landscapes where leopards openly coexist with the Rabari pastoral community. Granite rocks, caves, golden grasslands. Optional five-day tiger extension to Panna or Tadoba.
