In the shadow of the forest - on the trail of the lynx<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n

My lynx project in the Bavarian Forest uses camera traps to document the life of the shy brush-eared lynx. For over a decade, this has been providing unique insights into the behavior of the Eurasian lynx. This project combines nature photography with active species protection and shows how nature photography can contribute to the conservation of endangered wild animals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

When the sun never sleeps - The wilderness of Scandinavia<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n

In the endless days of the Nordic summer, I explore the wilderness of Scandinavia. Between the midnight sun and silent forests, I meet moose, musk oxen and other wild animals. This project documents the magic of the north – with pictures, stories and moments that are only possible where the sun never sleeps.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Life in secret - amphibians and reptiles on our doorstep<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Germany is home to 21 amphibian and 15 reptile species, many of which are endangered. This project is dedicated to photographing and protecting native species such as the fire salamander, grass snake and sand lizard. With pictures and stories, I show how fascinating the lives of these animals are and how important their conservation is for our biodiversity.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Bavaria's original inhabitants - small, wild and forgotten<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\u201cBayerns UrEinwohner\u201d is a nature photography project dedicated to the protection of native animal and plant species. With impressive pictures and stories, species such as the fire salamander, the dormouse and the sand beetle are brought into focus. The aim is to raise awareness of Bavaria’s biodiversity and contribute to species protection. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
