Workshop on camera trap photography in Bera<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the rocky terrain around Bera Safari Lodge, we have the rare opportunity to capture leopards and other nocturnal animals with photo traps up close - and completely undisturbed - in their natural environment.<\/p>\n

I'll show you how to choose the right location, use sensors and flash effectively and position your camera equipment inconspicuously. After initial tests, we'll adjust everything together and check the results. With a bit of luck, you'll get some spectacular night shots.<\/p>\n

The special feature of Bera<\/h3>\n

The peaceful coexistence of humans and leopards is unique. There is hardly any other region in the world where large predators live so close to traditional villages - and largely without conflict. The Rabari herders accept the leopards as part of their environment. This special form of coexistence not only allows us authentic cultural encounters, but also respectful and particularly close photographic insights into the lives of the animals.<\/p>\n

Bera symbolizes a sustainable, respectful approach to wild animals - at eye level.<\/p>\n

Our base is the Bera Safari Lodge - a stylish boutique resort in the middle of the granite formations of Jawai. Surrounded by the rugged beauty of the terrain, the lodge offers rustic charm and modern comfort: cozy cottages, good cuisine and campfire evenings in a family atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Decision on the realization of the trip 120 days before departure (depending on the minimum number of participants)<\/p>\n

Final payment (75 %) no later than 60 days before departure<\/p>\n

Safari bookings in India are only released four months before the travel date and are personal. In the event of a later cancellation, the authorities will retain the full entry fees - regardless of accommodation or meals.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rebook to another person.<\/p>\n

As the number of vehicles is strictly limited, we have to book early to secure all safaris.<\/p>\n

On this nine-day safari through India<\/strong>, we travel from Delhi to the remote Bera Jawai region in Rajasthan.
